User’s Guarantee for the Site BaPay

- The User, in accordance with their national legislation, is an adult, legally capable individual, using the Site, registering on it, voluntarily and without coercion, acting on their own behalf and in their own interests, and does not intend to commit or complete any offenses, including any crimes under the national criminal law of the User, and/or cause any harm, including property or moral harm, to other individuals, including legal entities and government bodies or organizations.

- The User only uses lawful funds and/or legally obtained cryptocurrency (virtual assets). The funds mentioned do not constitute money or income acquired through illegal means. The funds and/or cryptocurrencies (virtual assets) used by the User are not intended for providing or collecting funds or offering financial services with the knowledge that they are meant for financing the organization, preparation, or commission of any terrorist-related crimes, or for supporting an organized group, an illegal armed formation, or a criminal community (criminal organization) formed or being formed for the commission of any such crimes.

- The User does not engage in activities aimed at legitimizing the ownership, use, or disposal of income obtained through illegal means.
